Processing Time & Shipping Time

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Greenwich Mean Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office.

Shipping carrier: USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post…

  • Processing Time: 2 – 3 days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.
  • Shipping Time varies by location. These are our estimates:
  • Europe Delivery Time: 4-6 Business days (not included production time).
  • United States Delivery Time: 8-14 Business days (not included production time).
  • International Delivery Time: 12-21 Business days (not included production time).

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for the update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. 

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble. 

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

You can order as many items as you want and you’ll never pay more than the flat rate for shipping.

  • Shipping: We use flat shipping rate of:
    • €8.99 for the one order shipped to Europe.
    • And €15.99 for the one order shipped to the rest of the world.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that enables you to track your package until it reaches your doorstep. Please note that it may take 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, it simply means that the carrier has yet to process your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

In the event that your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request that they forward or redirect your package, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
